HOW LONG DOES THE AVERAGE REPAIR TAKE?
Most repairs are completed within 30-60 minutes, but some repairs may take up to 4 hours.
ARE YOU PROVIDING REPAIR SERVICE ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS?
Yes, we providing appliance repair 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
CAN I GET A WARRANTY ON PARTS AND SERVICE?
Our warranty on all parts and work is 12 months. We use the manufacturer’s parts of home appliances to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty. If any problems are not solved after our repair, please call us at any time.
DO I HAVE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE MY EQUIPMENT?
When an appliance breaks down, you usually have two options. You can fix it or replace it with a new one. Ask our technician what is better for you. The problem is that all devices have a lifespan. If your broken unit is operating in the first years of its average life, you can usually repair or replace the defective part.
CAN I BRING MY DEVICE TO ONE OF YOUR REPAIR LOCATIONS?
No, we provide in home service only.

DO YOU MAKE REPAIRS ON YOUR FIRST VISIT?
Our goal is to always complete all repairs on the first visit. We don’t waste your and our time. We supply our vans with the tools and parts needed for all major brands and models of household appliances. On the rare occasions that we need to make a return visit, there are no additional charges for our services.
